Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

1. We are to be notified at the time of booking that this E-Voucher is to be used. 
2. Once downloaded this E-Voucher features a unique reference number to be quoted when redeeming the experience.
3. All bookings are subject to availability.
4. 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange, otherwise this E-Voucher will become void and unable to use again.
5. Shooting will take place outdoors in all weathers.
6. This E-Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
7. This E-Voucher is valid to use between 30th January 2026 to 30th April 2026. 
8. If additional Clays & Cartridges are shot on the day this will incur an additional charge to be paid at the end of the session.
9. Please collect your Bisley Embroidered Caps from Reception before you go out shooting.
10. This experience is not available with the Game Shooting Specialist.
11. This hour and a half deluxe clay shooting experience is for two people - any additional shooters will be charged at £150 per person.
12. The complimentary drinks from the Bar may only be consumed once shooting has finished and excludes wine sold by the bottle.
