Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

1. We are to be notified at the time of booking that this voucher is to be used. 
2. Once the voucher is downloaded it features a unique reference number which is required to be able to redeem the voucher.
3. This E-Voucher will act as full or part payment towards your session.
4. If this E-Voucher does not cover the full cost of the booking the outstanding balance is to be paid at the end of the session.
5. All bookings are subject to availability.
6. 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange your booking, otherwise there is a £80 charge per hour booked. If the charge is not paid the E-Voucher will become void and unable to use again.
7. Shooting will take place outdoors in all weathers.
8. This E-Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
9. This E-Voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
