Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

3. Once downloaded, this E-Voucher will feature a unique reference number which must be quoted when redeeming the experience.

5. Bookings must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance.
6. Once booked, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If less notice is given, the experience will be considered redeemed and will no longer be valid.
7. Shooting will take place outdoors in all weather conditions.
8. This voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
9. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
10. The maximum number of participants for this experience is 12.
11. If additional clays and cartridges are used (charged at £0.86 each), the outstanding balance must be settled at the end of the session.
12. No credit or refund will be provided for under-attendance.

14. If this E-Voucher has been purchased during a Black Friday Discount sale between 27th November - 1st December, it is NOT redeemable until after the 25th December 2025.
