Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

1. We are to be notified at the time of booking that this voucher is to be used. 
2. Once downloaded this E-Voucher features a unique reference number to be quoted when redeeming the experience.
3. All bookings are subject to availability.
4. 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange, otherwise there is a £160 charge. If the charge is not paid the Gift Voucher will become void and unable to use again.
5. Shooting will take place outdoors in all weathers.
6. This voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
7. This Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
8. Any additional shooters (maximum 6 people) are charged at £155 per person including up to 100 clays and cartridges. Additional shooters must be paid for at the time of booking.
9. If this Gift Voucher does not cover the full cost of the booking if additional people have been added (maximum 6 people) or if additional Clays & Cartridges are used, then the outstanding balance is to be paid at the end of the session.
10. If the E-Voucher includes in the experience description a Bisley Cap, this can be collected from Reception before you go out shooting.
11. If this E-Voucher has been purchased during a Black Friday Discount sale between 27th November - 1st December, it is NOT redeemable until after the 25th December 2025.
